The Colorado Department of Public Health released new indoor visitation directives. Families and friends now have more options to connect with their loved ones. The state guidance still recommends outdoor visitations whenever possible because there is less chance of spreading the virus. We are now able to offer indoor visits with the following guidelines and exceptions:
At Casey’s Pond, visits will be hosted 7 days a week, at 8 am, 10 am, 1 pm and 3 pm. Each resident can have 2 visitors at one time, and we will host visits in resident apartments and the patio visiting area. Fully vaccinated residents do not need to maintain social distancing with their visitor in their apartment. We are thrilled to share that children are now able to visit!
All visitors and residents must continue to wear masks during the visit, and all visits must be scheduled, with no drop-in visits allowed.
All visitors must first come to the concierge desk to be screened. If you have any signs or symptoms of COVID-19 please cancel your visit for the health and well-being of everyone.
To schedule an in-person visit or video chat, please visit our SignUp page.
When signing up for your visit, please note visits are designated by the neighborhood in which your loved one lives. Independent Living is Veranda, Grove is Assisted Living, Harbor is Memory Support, and Doak Walker is Skilled Nursing and rehab.
We know personal connections are vital to residents’ well-being. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we roll out these new directives and get everything set up to welcome you!
